This Privacy Policy explains what information the HiKalshi app and website (hikalshi.com, together the "Service") collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Service is operated by HIYESNO AI PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

HiKalshi is an independent third-party Kalshi event-monitoring tool with no affiliation, authorization or partnership with Kalshi, Polymarket or their operators. We collect as little personal information as possible and never sell your data. All quotes, whale and comparison data shown are for reference only and are not investment advice.

1 · Information we collect

We follow the principle of data minimization and collect only what is necessary to provide the Service:

Account information: if you register, we collect your email address; with third-party sign-in, we receive only the basic identifier they provide.
Device & log data: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs and anonymous usage statistics, used for stability and performance.
Preferences: your watchlists, whale thresholds, alert rules and push channels.
Push tokens: if you enable notifications, we store the device token used to deliver messages.

We do not collect your login credentials, funded accounts or trading permissions on Kalshi or any trading platform — HiKalshi is read-only monitoring and never touches your trading account.

2 · How we use it

To provide, maintain and improve monitoring, comparison and alerting features;
To send price, whale and anomaly notifications based on your settings;
To diagnose issues, prevent abuse and keep the Service secure;
With your consent, to send essential product updates.

3 · Data sources & disclaimer

Event prices, order-book depth, slippage, whale orders and Polymarket comparisons shown in the Service are derived from public market data sources, then processed and displayed. This data may be delayed or contain errors, is for reference only, and does not constitute investment, financial or legal advice. Any decisions you make based on it are at your own risk.

4 · Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

Service providers: such as cloud hosting, crash analytics and push services, limited to what they need to perform their function and bound by confidentiality;
Legal requirements: when required by law or a valid government/judicial request;
Safety: where necessary to protect users, the public or our legitimate interests.

5 · Storage & security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Policy.

6 · Your rights

The data controller for the Service is HIYESNO AI PTE. LTD. Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or request a copy of your data. You can do this in the app or by contacting us at the email below. After you delete your account, we will erase or anonymize related data within a reasonable period.

7 · Push & notifications

Alerts and push notifications are opt-in and controlled by you. You can turn off all or specific notification types at any time in your system settings or in the app.

8 · Subscriptions & billing

This section (data handling for subscription/trial billing) will be supplied separately by the strategy team and added here once received.

9 · Minors

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; if we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

10 · Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the website. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
