Welcome to HiKalshi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and HIYESNO AI PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore, which operates the HiKalshi app and the hikalshi.com website (together, the "Service") ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HiKalshi is an independent third-party data-monitoring tool. Its features include: displaying Kalshi event prices and trends, whale and anomaly moves, order-book depth and slippage estimates, and comparisons of price, depth and slippage against the same market on Polymarket. The Service provides information and monitoring only. It offers no order placement, matching, custody of funds or trade execution, and never accesses your trading account on any platform.
All content in the Service — including but not limited to prices, probabilities, spreads, depth, slippage, whale orders and indicators — is for reference only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice, nor any offer or solicitation to buy or sell. Event contracts and prediction markets are high risk and may result in total loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
The Service does not place orders, route trades, or move money or assets, and never asks for your exchange credentials, wallet private keys, or payment card details. Where we link out to a platform, following that link and trading there is entirely your own action and subject to that platform's terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. Prediction markets and related activities are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service, and of any linked platform, is lawful where you are.
HiKalshi has no affiliation, authorization, endorsement or partnership with Kalshi, Polymarket or their operators; such names are used only to objectively describe data sources. The data the Service relies on comes from public sources and may be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate; we make no guarantee as to its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

The Service and its software, interface, trademarks, graphics and content (excluding third-party data) are owned by us or the respective rights holders and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit them without written permission.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from reliance on any data within it.
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from them will be resolved under the laws of Singapore. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
